COVID safety and refund policy: Delegates are asked to wear masks indoors. The meeting rooms will be set up to allow for ample social distancing. When possible, breaks and meals will be hosted on the beautiful outdoor deck beside the meeting room. We will deliver conference materials electronically to minimize contact.

The hotel is carefully following all local regulations. It is each person’s responsibility to check relevant government travel recommendations, regulations and guidelines for your personal itinerary.

For those who plan to attend in person, if circumstances change regarding ability to travel, we will convert your registration to the online option. The DRBF will have a liberal refund policy for this event for those who are unable to attend in person or online.
