Paving the Path to a Dispute-Free Infrastructure Project

Dispute Boards are an effective project management tool for avoiding and resolving disputes on complex projects efficiently and effectively. Join the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation for an educational workshop and informative conference sessions on the fundamentals of Dispute Board practice and practical application in Zambia, Africa, and the world. 

Hosted at the Radisson Blu Mosi-oa-Tunya Resort in Livingtsone, the 2-day in-person conference provides a format for connecting with Dispute Board users, practitioners, and supporters, building relationships, and deepening knowledge of global best practices. Registration includes a social reception on Thursday evening. 

On the day preceding the conference, the DRBF offers an optional full-day workshop for an additional fee. The DRBF Administration & Practice Workshop is essential training for users and DB members and serves as the foundation for all other training courses and educatin.
