Training designed for new and practicing Dispute Board members, this half-day course will dig deeper into the fine points of DB procedure, including ethics, dispute avoidance techniques, and new content on what DB members need to understand about the impact of artificial intelligence (AI). Come prepared to learn and share your first-hand experiences through facilitated discussions and exercises.
