DRBF Administration & Practice Workshop

This workshop is designed for those new to the DRB process, interested in serving on DRBs, and those implementing DRBs for the first time.

Explore the basic tenets of the Dispute Review Board process:

• History and background of Dispute Review Boards 
• Working with DRBs
• Selection and appointment of DRB members
• Dispute Review Board agreement
• Dispute avoidance
• Site visits and meetings
• Advisory Opinions
• Dispute resolution
• Referral of dispute to DRB: procedure, effective presentations, hearings
• Recommendations

Participants will receive a workshop workbook and certificate of completion. Lunch is included.

Separate registration fee required.
